My jeep, The Story
This site contains pictures, etc concerning my old World War Two jeep . She’s a 1942 Ford GPW. The version of the Willys MB built under license by Ford because the military felt that the jeep was essential to the war effort and that Willys alone could not produce enough.
This is a picture from a photoshoot I did with Jill. She was a trooper, sitting for pose after pose in the humidity and heat. Shortly after these pictures were taken, it poured down raining. We were on the very outskirts of Hurricane Dennis, July 9th, 2005. The idea behind the photoshoot was to capture the look of the girl next door during the 1940s (for the most part, anyway.)
