This photo was very scratched and damaged when I received it from Shane. I used Paint Shop Pro 7.0 to clean up the damage. While working on the picture I was able to determine that the registration number appears to be 20108103.
Here the photo has just been cleaned up. Contrast was increased to give the picture more depth and appeal.
