As I said the morning I had to drive my jeep to work the temp was at -45°F (actual, no wind chill indicated) in Fairbanks, Alaska. Primary transportation sits outside and wouldn’t start, jeep in unheated garage (but it was just enough to make the difference) and started. I had the cold weather priming kit installed, along with the cold weather grill cover and blanket. Also, used a full Olive Drab vinyl enclosure, replica (close enough) of an original top.
